Installing the SmartSensor 105 is quick and easy. Once installed, the SmartSensor requires

little or no on-site maintenance. is chapter will describe the installation process, includ-

ing how to attach the sensor to the pole and how to correctly align the sensor.

Selecting the Oset and Mounting Height

After selecting a mounting location within the recommended range of osets (see intro-

duction), use Table 1.1 to select a mounting height. See Figure 1.1 for an illustration of

what is meant by oset and mounting height.
